Daily program - Curriculum

Learning is frequently developed through play-based activities, centred around a range of a child friendly topics or themes.

All areas of learning are interrelated and are not taught in isolation, but in a cross-curricular fashion. This ensures a balanced education for your child and learning with understanding and enjoyment.

To support each child’s development we offer a wide range of activities to enhance and support the learning process such as cooking, dance, music, theatre productions and excursions.

Stimulating and challenging activities and experiences are provided for children to learn and develop in the following areas of learning:

Expressive art and design

Encouraging the expression of ideas and feelings using a range of materials children are able to investigate, create, discuss and reflect on their thoughts and feelings. T

Understanding the world

Promoting interaction, by means of exploration and provocation, children are able to make sense of the world around them, displaying the necessary skills and attitudes to become responsible members of the community.

Mathematics

Providing children with opportunities to gain a greater understanding of mathematical concepts and numeracy they are able to identify the significance of mathematics in everyday life.

Literacy

Giving children access to a wide range of reading materials, they naturally develop a love of reading and an appreciation of print, improving communication skills.
