Kids Yoga

Our ‘Little Yogis’ take great joy in the sessions specially designed for their specific age groups as they learn to tap into their inner selves while manipulating their bodies and controlling breathing.

Our ‘Little Yogis’ enjoy the benefits of:

  • Maintaining their physical elasticity while building a strong and healthy body
  • Learning to breathe slowly and consciously
  • Embracing a sense of calm to eliminate stress
  • Working together as part of a group
  • Improving their self-confidence by developing a love and acceptance of themselves and for their fellow humans
  • Learning about nature and the environment
  • Developing their imaginations and enhancing their senses in a natural and fun way

Mini Sports - Baby Sports - Mini Tennis

In co-operation with our experienced "Mini Tennis" coaches, we offer to all our children Baby Sports (for our younger children), Mini Sports and Mini Tennis (for older children). Our large property hosts a specially designed garden court and an indoor gym where training takes place.
